Good questions. Clear answers.
A few things you might want to know before we start a conversation.
Do you provide independent printer assistance?
Yes. PrintPulse offers help with setup, wireless connections, drivers, scanning and everyday printing issues. Share the model and symptoms so we can discuss the scope. We are not affiliated with printer manufacturers; warranties, parts and physical repairs may require an authorized provider.
Can I start with one project?
Yes. A website update, content project or campaign review can be scoped on its own. We discuss your goals and resources before recommending a larger program.
Are the homepage testimonials verified customer reviews?
No. They are clearly labeled illustrative feedback examples. They explain the experience we aim to provide and are not verified reviews or customer endorsements.
How do we get started?
Send an enquiry with a short description of your business, the service you are considering, and the challenge you want to solve. We can then discuss priorities and the information needed to prepare a useful proposal. An enquiry does not commit you to a paid service.
Can you work with our existing website and accounts?
Yes, subject to a review of the current setup and appropriate access. We aim to preserve useful assets and account ownership. Any migration, rebuilding, or integration work is identified in the proposal rather than assumed to be included.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the agreed scope, number of channels, production requirements, and level of ongoing support. We provide a written proposal after discovery. Advertising spend and third-party subscriptions are separated from service fees so you can see the full commitment.
Do you guarantee rankings, leads, or revenue?
No. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, offer, budget, customer behavior, website readiness, and sales process. We agree on realistic objectives, report relevant measures, and explain what we learn. No particular ranking, enquiry volume, or return is guaranteed.
Who owns the accounts and final work?
Account ownership and asset rights are confirmed in the written agreement. We recommend that business-critical accounts remain under your organization’s control. Third-party fonts, photography, software, or templates may carry separate license terms.
How will we review progress?
The scope defines a review cadence and the measures that matter to your project. Reviews explain completed work, useful findings, constraints, and the next priorities. We also discuss the quality of enquiries or customer feedback where that information is available.
Are the portfolio projects real client case studies?
The current portfolio contains clearly labeled concept projects. They demonstrate possible approaches and do not claim completed engagements, verified performance results, or customer endorsements.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
The current website saves your enquiry on its server and shows a reference number. Email notifications are not enabled in this version. The site operator must review saved enquiries; no reply time is promised by the form.
