purpose.
The challenge and the approach.
This illustrative project shows how a local service business could improve the path from search to enquiry. The starting problem is a website that lists many services but gives visitors little guidance about coverage, process, or next steps. Our proposed approach groups the services into clear categories, creates useful location information, and answers common questions on dedicated pages. A technical review would check crawlability, page titles, mobile behavior, and internal links. The content plan would prioritize questions that indicate genuine service needs rather than broad topics with little commercial relevance. Measurement would focus on qualified enquiries and relevant organic visits. This is a demonstration of our approach, not a completed client engagement, and no performance results are claimed.
How we would measure progress
Before work begins, we would agree on the actions that matter to the business and check whether the existing measurement setup records them correctly. Reviews would connect customer feedback and relevant website behavior to the original brief. Findings would shape the next set of changes, with limitations and assumptions included in the discussion.
